NYC Seminar on 4 February 2010

Is the link in this post to 60's real site?

Maybe it's 60's old domain, which expired and got squatted by a crappy marketer?
Yes, this really is 60's website. It's sad to see him using the same kind of deceptive marketing as any other "guru" out there.
