About two weeks ago I announced that there was an interview with me coming up. You can now read it over at SimpleGuySkills.com. Here are direct links to all three parts of it:

How to get started with thinking for yourself
An anonymous reader left the following question on the current Open Thread:
Here is my reply, which I post on the main blog since others may find it useful as well.
After reading your blog and its comments, you seem very skilled at debating It's honestly fun to read your posts here because your points are logical and explained well.
It looks as if everyone who attacks your points comes across as juvenile by getting off topic or misconstruing your points entirely.
So I was wondering, how'd you get so good and do you have any recommendations (books, tips, etc.) that would help someone get better at debating?

The Real and Pretend Age of Women in Online Dating
Part of my Tinder research was about the age claims women make. To give more of a hint: I recently received a manuscript on a guide on how to effectively meet women on Tinder, which someone wanted to get feedback on. One of the statements in that text was that women tend to manipulate their age in two ways:
- some younger women may increase their age in order to appeal to older guys
- quite a few older women may decrease their age in order to deceive potential suitors

On Tinder: "31. Married. Three children. (Just kidding!)"
I recently signed up for Tinder, strictly for research purposes (this is no joke; maybe there will be some news in that regard sometime soon). As I was swiping around, mostly in the "nope" direction, to be honest, I made some rather curious observations. The most striking one was that there are a ton of older women (27+) on that app. Even more striking was that many of them seemed blissfully unaware of biology. Some had cute emotional messages like that they are sick of "so-called men who only want to have fun" in their profile. Tinder seems to be more of a regular dating app these days anyway, so it's not quite so absurd that they are looking for more than a hookup, even though they may not find it.

You have many personas, too!
Following up on my post on a line from Grease, I would like to point out something else that is much more relevant to guys who don't get anywhere with women: you can change the way you look! In Grease there is a nice example with the character of Daisy Dee who transforms a little angel into a bit of a dirty whore, looks-wise.

The Open Thread: May 2016
Since I get a relatively high number of comments that are tangential to
the articles, I'd like to try to move those parts of the conversation to
the monthly 'Open Thread'.
In short, if you think anything you're going to write is "off topic" to
the current post, but still related to pickup, women, gender politics
and other topics I discuss on this blog, then please leave a comment to
the most recent Open Thread, such like this one. Just post below.
Thank you.
Thank you.
